Methodology
Elunis combines precise astronomical calculations with astrological interpretation. Here is how each piece of content on the site is put together.
Astronomical data
All numerical data — Moon phases, planetary positions, sunrise and sunset times, natal chart positions — is calculated with the astronomy-engine library, based on the same ephemeris algorithms used in professional astronomy. We don't rely on averaged tables or third-party APIs: every planetary position is computed from scratch for a specific date, time and location.
Interpretation sources
Interpretation texts are grounded in recognised sources of classical and modern astrology: astro.com, Cafe Astrology, and the books of Linda Goodman and Steven Forrest. These sources are a foundation, not material to copy: every text is rewritten and adapted to the article's structure and the actual calculated data for a specific position.
How to read Elunis content
Astrology on this site is a tool for self-reflection, not a prediction of fate or medical or financial advice. Natal charts and horoscopes show tendencies and emphases, not a fixed script: how you live out these energies depends on your own choices.
